However, if you are not satisfied with any course you have enrolled in, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your request.

If you have accessed more than 25% of the course content or if you request a refund after 7 days of your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you can still cancel your enrollment and access to the course at any time by contacting our support team.
Please note that once you cancel your enrollment, you will lose access to the course content, courseware, practice tests, and other resources associated with the course. 
Internet handling fees or payment transaction charges will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to amend, revise, or update the refund and cancellation policy at any time.
Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
